Collective invoices

Semantics

Collective invoices are invoices, which refer to more than one order. Currently only one version is supported by e-Rechnung.gv.at.

Supported version

  • If the order reference consist of an individual buyer group (EKG or EKG:internal reference) an e-Invoice to a federal government department can refer on multiple orders, as long as all orders apply to the same buyer group.
    Note: The handling of collective invoices at other public sector institutions is to clarify with the particular contracting authority.

Unsupported versions

  • Different order numbers in an e-Invoice.
  • Different buyer groups in an e-Invoice.

Technical

Collective invoices are invoices, which refer to more than one order. Currently only one version is supported by e-Rechnung.gv.at.

ebInterface

  • The value of the element /Invoice/InvoiceRecipient/OrderReference/OrderID must be the buyer group.
  • The element /Invoice/Details/ItemList/ListLineItem/InvoiceRecipientsOrderReference/OrderID is ignored.

UBL

  • The value of the element /Invoice/cac:OrderReference/cbc:ID must be the buyer group.
